Dives at "Ant Farm", "Athens", "Willow West Wall" and "Coches Prietos" November 17, 2016

This was our second full day of Diving at Santa Cruz Island.  Happily we were well sheltered from high winds.  Our first dive was at Ant Farm, below are some pictures from the dive, to see more, please go to: https://goo.gl/photos/1XmH3WKR7d3HTWni7

The next stop was a dive site called "Athens" though I didn't see ruins...To see more from this dive please go to:  https://goo.gl/photos/oU7wHD8NWDBJ2Cgk6

Beautiful Horned Nudibranch, not a bad shot, especially since I took it with my 10-17mm Tokina Fisheye.

                                         Drew shooting some Macro

Athens is a no take zone....like a museum.

Willow West Wall was our third dive site of the day, below are some photos from it, for more, please go to:  https://goo.gl/photos/9FfrpEDFFevFiu5X9

The final site for the day was Coches Prietos for a night dive.  Below are some pictures from this dive, to see more, please go to:  https://goo.gl/photos/unNyCEYPdQMQGD4S6

A view of Santa Cruz Island from the Coches Prietos dive site.

You may take spiny lobster in season at Coches Prietos, which in this case I did...yum!

I saw several Scorpionfish on this dive, you definitely needed to watch where you put your hands down!
